Ron Thompson is President & Founder of iPeerGrid. Over the last 20 years, Ron has held several senior leadership positions as a business transformation and strategy practice leader. These positions include Management Consulting Partner at Ernst & Young LLP, Managing Director Business Transformation at The Hackett Group, Managing Principal for IBM and VP of Global Solutions Delivery for i2 Technologies. Ron’s experience and exposure to numerous companies, many of which are considered to be the world’s best run organizations, led to an “occupational point of view” as to what truly differentiates average companies from world-class performers. This point of view has now evolved into iPeerGrid. Ron graduated from the U.S. Naval Academy with a B.S. in Ocean Engineering and has served as an officer on both nuclear submarines and guided missile destroyers. |
