Move Offshore Call Centre Pvt. Ltd. is specialized in offshore BPO projects (data mining, call centre, website design, architectural drawings), and is operating from Chennai, India.

As a project manager, I was in charge of the entire management of BPO projects.
Dealing daily with US customers and managing our team in India, I was responsible for the quotes, timeline, and quality of the different projects.

I was also responsible for the human ressources management of the firm, and had the challenge to find and attract individuals with the highest potential.

Panini SpA is one of the most famous Italian editor and its headquarters are located in Modena, Italia.
Famous for its collectibles, especially the collections related to football players, the company has an international presence and is leader on its market. Besides its quite autonomous subsidiaries in France, Spain, Chile, Belgium and Germany, the firm exports its products to many other different markets.

As part of the Export Department, I was in charge of developping marketing campaigns with the Country Export Managers, which targeted different markets (such as Canada, Switzerland).
I had to analyse the outcomes and future opportunities offered by different marketing campaigns previously organized.
I was also responsible for negotiating licensing rights occasionaly(such as the Ghana Soccer Team rights for the world cup 2006 collection)
