• Optimized the manufacturing process through the Total Productive Maintenance analysis (5S, QRQC, MEDIC, AMDEC.) resulting in improvement of the welding process and a 10% reduction of the rejects.
• Implemented new equipments (production line…) and validated the new raw materials (amber glass coils).
• Managed a team of five process and quality technicians in charge of the treatment of the customers complaints customers. Resulted in a 40% reduction of the customers complaints (Carmakers, Set makers) with the projects (leaky and no burning) over 2007.
• Benchmarked the factories of Songzi (China), Pabianice (Poland), and Chartres (France). Fully achieve ISGT glass properties. Prepared and managed the audit and certification ISO TS 16949 in 2007 which resulted in the highest score.

Sector: Industry

• Managed a team of 103 people including 7 technicians in 5 units. Reduced the labor costs by 15% (Reduction of the number of temporary workers by 50%). Monthly inventory on ERP J.D.E to avoid the out of stock and find the overconsumption.
• Developed and executed the safety plan. Resulted in a reduction of the number of accidents by 50%. Installed a new industrial air condition (80000 Euros) in the department. Managed the training and implementation of a new grid.
• Installed and monitored of the TPM methods (5S, SMED, Red X). Resulted in a 10% reduction of time of series changes. Defined the specifications process (burners, temperature curves…)

Sector: Glass - Ceramics

• Managed of the TPM methods (HOSHIN, SMED, 5S) inside the assembly department. Trained the employees and negotiated with subcontractors. Reduced the production time by 10%.
• Created and managed a regional benchmarking among the cars industries (PSA, BOSCH…)

Sector: Automobile

• Developed a method to measure the thermal conductivity of ceramics and silicon carbides. Worked on simulations on ANSYS software, technical study and assembly of prototypes.
