From February 2000 until April 2004, I worked in the field of integrated optics, as optical engineer and customer support engineer. I designed optical Mux/Demux. I attended Exhibitions and Industry conferences regularly. In constant contact with the R&D departments of our customers, I taught them the Software features and recommended some tricks to simulate their own design.
In April 2004, I joined Enplas Europe B.V as a Sales and Business Development Manager and report directly to Enplas Europe General Manager. I maintained 2 ongoing projects and developed 2 new business opportunities for the biggest account of Enplas Optplanics (lens modules for camera phones). Responsible for ensuring the development team met the miles stones, I also ensured the production teams (located in Japan and China) are ready to deliver constant quality product and delivers these products on time at the customer premises (in Singapore).
Since April 2006, I work together with leaders of the optical communication industry and leaders of the LED industry to bring new technological solutions into the consumer market. I met technical challenges, achieved commercial objectives and managed global organisation change ensuring customer satisfaction.
Today, I meet new challenges and experiences in a company offering global challenges, Delta Electronics.
Dedicated to achieving objectives, I develop Sales of the transceivers BU in the EMEA zone; interacting with colleagues internally as well as externally with customers and industrial partners.
