Financial Audit :
Analyse the performance of the agency audited, in terms of development and profitability. Consider the quality of the agency director's management.

Team Management :
Have a second thought on the work done by the two auditors, especially on the analysis of the riskiest loans, organizing the mission to meet the deadlines, finalize and present the report.

My missions were mainly audits of the bank agencies : private individuals market agencies and professional/ companies market (sales turnover of the clients : from 1 M€ to 100 M€). Involved in a team of two auditors and a senior auditor, it consists in two main fields :

- Analysis of the quality of the clients debts (agency's asset) :
That means selecting the riskiest clients of the entity (biggest loans, overdraft...), analysing their balance sheet and recent operations, to detect the risks of financial failure and propose the accounting of a provision.

- Check the application of the procedures :
Spot checks in all types of operations : accounting, client relationship and safes. Il also means taking an important part in writing the report and recommendations.


I took part in some other types of mission, such as auditing the recovering department, or analyzing the importance and the risk supported by the bank on the loans with one term of payment agreement (all at once at the end of the loan).

I was responsible to setting up a new Performance Measurement Tool within the team of purchasers (10 persons).
