- Chief officier of the customer relationship solutions department, we provide two main services to our customers:
- consulting and audit for personalized callcenter solutions;
- full project lifecycle support to our customers
(specifications,implementation,support,extensibility);
We rely on our expertise on virtual callcenter technologies such as Cosmocom or Consistent software.
- Computer security related software developer (Trojan) at Accor, also performed some pen tests.
- Kernel developer with strong assembly and low level development skills (see the ExAmour project). I'm interested in extensible operating systems architectures as well as in generative programming.
