I am an Assistant Professor in the MBA Program in International Business at the Graduate School of Business Sciences of the University of Tsukuba in Tokyo. At the same time, I am a researcher at the Tokyo Institute of Technology where I previously graduated with a PhD in Industrial Engineering and Management.
The focus of my current research is on knowledge management, institutionalization processes, and cross-cultural management.
Prior to my academic career, I worked as Training Department Manager in the United States for a leading French manufacturer of packaging equipment and lines for beverages packaged in glass, plastic and cans.
