Rémi Langlois started his career in Business Law Firms in Paris (Commercial law, Mergers and Acquisitions, Bankruptcy, Litigation) from 1992 to 1995, and practiced Law for internationally oriented Pharmaceutical, Nuclear Medicine and In Vitro Technologies industrial groups from 1995 to 1999.
He joined the ALSTOM Group in 1999 as Head of the Legal Department of ALSTOM Automation SA and moved to the Transport Sector in 2001 as Senior Legal Adviser, being particularly involved in contracts in Latin America, Europe and North Africa, and in matters such as Acquisitions and Disposals, Intellectual Property, Sourcing and Litigation.
He is fluent in French, English and Spanish and member of the French Bar.
