Credit Agricole Egypt is born in September 06 by the merger of Calyon Bank Egypt and Egyptian American Bank. Risk assessment & its monitoring is a key issue in this post merge period, given that the bank is planning to double in size its current operations within the next 3 to 5 years.

Conducted a transversal audit mission of Internal Control performance in branches & revised and updated the Internal Controls system for branches and Head Office.
Within data migration project of the bank core system: managed the Go Live period by elaborating processes amendments to ensure a proper migration (in cooperation with Orga Consultants).
