Primary assignments:
- Bids review for civil and military programs (Airbus, Boeing, Dassault, Bombardier, Embraer, Eurocopter, Air Forces …)
- Contracts: drafting, negotiation and administration of a wide range of commercial agreements in relation with BU managers, airlines, partners, subcontractors
- Commercial Litigation: resolution of claims through negotiation, arbitration and/or litigation in relation with lawyers
- Insurance: submission, monitoring and settlement of insurance claims in accordance with the policies and in relation with the brokers and experts

- Contribution to the implementation and development of a department dedicated to providing information and answers on legal issues in foreign countries.
- Legal consultations in writing and/or by phone mainly in Corporate Law, Bankruptcy, Contracts, Real Estate, Intellectual Property and Transportation.
- Search for dependable juridical documentary sources abroad
