It all began for us nineteen years ago (1986) when our original English parent company, RSP1, was founded, with the idea to invest and support French Information Technology companies seeking to expand into the UK market (Goupil Computers, KIS, Bull...).In 1991, the global RSP1 organization refocused its strategy and invested primarily in early-stage european IT and Telecom start-ups. It was restructured into two independent management teams, NSmartforce and RSP Ventures in London. Each firm became successfull independent ventures with separate teams, investment strategies and partnerships. Yet to this day, deals flow, expertise and informations are shared, continuing our long history of mutual support for one another's respective companies.
