Supply Chain Project Manager
- Implemented a palletizing robot, complete conveyor systems and a packaging machine for the MFW (Multi Format Workshop: Book, Disk…). Including: Flow analyses, piling and sorting optimized algorithm elaboration, state of work, assessing, building site steady, validation and coordination of the test stages and release. Budget: €300.000, productivity improvement: 40% from 9 to 15 Millions Uc/year.
- Optimized the production planning and improved the work station ergonomics of the MFW, leveled work load.
- Managed the quality assurance of the MFW, the processes and organization cartography and setting of standards.

Consultant
- Redesigned a shutter mechanism, including handle mechanism, blade fitting concept and new concepts to reduce the number of parts and costs, from brainstorming to prototype, drawings and FEA simulation
- Created a cluster under a Linux environment. Combined several computers to save time calculation time in order to set up a Fluent (Heat Transfer and Fluid Mechanics Simulator) cluster. Set up Mail-Web Servers, DNS, filters.
- Legal cases: Investigated car accident. Performed fluid mechanics tests on sites and produced analyses reports.

Mechanical Engineer
- Designed Universal Device Connectors (UDC) for portable land mobile radios in Unigraphics; created assembly drawings, including bills of material, and detailed drawings to complete the design process.
- Designed placement fixtures, set up and managed actual prototyping in the FDM Stratasys Prototyping Machine.
- Redesigned CAD files to ensure interface mating while adhering to quality and customer standards.
