Sagem Communication is a leading Supplier of Mobile phone equipments, residential gateway as well as other consumer goods.

My position consists in managing a complete team of 260 engineers in Moble phone SOftware R&D. after 2 quarters at Sagem R&D in Cergy St Christophe France, I moved to Ningbo Sagem Bird R&D, a joint Venture between Ningbo Bird (China) adn Sagem Communications, in China. This implies managing 98% of Chines engineers togethers with French expatriates as well as foreign third party members.
