• Paris, France (2 months) Carried out experimental studies on High Speed Steels response during heat treatments for future on-site optimization.

• Långshyttan, Sweden (2 months) Technical training on annealing furnace. Training on quality system and production tools used within the company.

• New Jersey, USA (10 months) Built up a quality control laboratory for ISO certification of finished products.
Laboratory currently fully functional.
Lead operator training on production quality (15 people).
Achieved annealing cycle optimization on hydrogen furnace.
Engineered the optimization of the whole production process
and the reduction (-25%) of raw materials stocks.
