Working with the Business, Development, Solution Design and Enterprise Architecture teams to deliver controlled implementations whilst ensuring that the Production teams are fully equipped to support and maintain the service on an ongoing basis, following the ITIL best practice.

Managing the development and implementation of a Message Service Bus to process trade messages.

Upgrading of the monitoring system, based on the ITIL model. Integration with the Change Management System, providing a full reporting platform.

Replacing the pan-european IP Telephony system.

Project Manager
• Management of multiple projects from front-end, back-end applications to infrastructure deployment
• Production of project plans (based on Prince 2 methodology). Delivery of projects (based on ITIL standards) respecting the timeframe, budget and BNP Paribas architecture standards requirements.
• Upgrade of a test environment for an investment accounting solution (HiPortfolio)
• Platform based on 20 servers with multiple OS such as: Wintel, Citrix, VMWare, Unix Solaris 10 and Novell
• Implementation of a Cash Reconciliation system (CARS). Coordination of the different data feeds, design of the Tier-3 infrastructure based on Citrix, Wintel and MS-SQL servers
• Analysis, development and implementation of Trade Systems (based on SWIFT, CREST, and internal applications)
• Successful roll-out of 3 Disaster Recovery sites (Upgrade of the network to MPLS to support the data and voice traffic, update of the infrastructure equipments)

• Administration and maintenance of the whole IT system (LAN, WAN, Database, Servers, Routers, Workstations, PABX) for the different offices and partners in Europe

• Overall management responsibility (reporting to the CEO) of setting up the London Branch
• Creation of opportunity forecasts, contract models and fee & brokerage structures

• Team leader for the Swiss French market
• Development of the market presence and the business network
• Resourcing IT professionals for major Swiss companies

Sector: Human Resources and recruiting

• Overall management responsibility (reporting to the CEO) of the consulting and professional services practice
• Management of 5 project managers in charge of delivering Internet and Hosting services (ex: Vizzavi, SFR, Cegetel Corporate)
• Roll-out and migration of 50+ hosting platforms on multiple operating systems (Windows, UNIX, LINUX), involving :
Installation of the internet connectivity, gateways, email, VPN, load balancing, resilience. Definition of the DNS, firewall rules and data flows. Specification of the infrastructure on the hardware/software side
• Coordination with the Sales and Pre-Sales team
• Definition and validation of the projects’ scopes and budgets
• Coordination of the different partners, internal (Sales, Pre-sales, production), external and suppliers
• Responsible for staff recruitment and training
• Development of new services and improved internal processes (defined the type of projects and their associated roll-out processes)
• Validation of RFIs and RFPs
• Handover of the projects, documentation and processes to the Operations teams
• Study on the Datacentre move (200 servers and Network Switches).

Sector: Telecom - Internet Products and Services

• Internet Project Manager for Cegetel Entreprise ((2nd largest Telco Operator in France)
• In charge of delivering the Internet connectivity (based on Frame Relay, ATM and MPLS) to Cegetel’s key accounts
• Overall project management responsibility
• Coordination of internal (sales, production) and external partners
• Implementation of internet solutions and web applications for Cegetel’s customers
• Installation of leased lines based on Frame Relay technology.
