Mission: · Closed relationship with the suppliers (mostly Asian suppliers) and the purchasing department. · Definition and standardization of hardware devices (computers and peripherals) used in KIS Vending Machines. · Put in place a team in charge of the qualification of hardware devices that will be re-used across all projects. · Led a project of electronic payment system through GPRS for the kiosks operated by Photomaton. · Managed the implementation of an automated face positioning system for ID photos as per the ICAO standards. · Managed the transition from Windows 2000 to Windows XP Embedded. Key competencies: · Understanding of the design and operations constraints related to the vending machines (User Interface, mechanical, optical, regulatory, electrical…). · Managed a small team (9 people) interacting across various projects. · Good knowledge of the PC comedy and the outsourcing processes. | |
