Managed and coordinated the change management process across the Microsoft Customer Service organization to ensure successful implementation of change initiatives such as processes, tools and product releases.
Responsibilities:
- Assess the scope and benefits of any changes the business or vendors proposed to implement.
- Ensure that tasks and resources were assigned correctly and track the progress of changes.
- Proactively detect and mitigate issues / risk during the change implementation.
- Ensure that all Change Requests met the critical success factors
- Provide clear, regular status updates to senior management.
- Facilitate open communication between Microsoft and the vendors affected by the changes
- Optimize the current Change Management process and roll out training to the appropriate stakeholders.
- Build a new Change Request repository based on SharePoint 2007.
