Since 2000-10:VP Sales and Marketing Casting Alloys Business Unit of Pechiney covering recycled foundry alloys(60 000t) and primary alloys (30000t) . Total sales 2003: 180M€ .

Mission: maximize sales contribution with direct responsability for of key Accounts (car makers + tier one suppliers) and managment of a team of salesmen and sales assistants (reduced to 6 after conducting a reorgnization).

Scope of tasks ranging from team leadership to market and competition monitoring, sales plans and strategy, hedging, forecasts and contribution to production planning, trading and subcontracting, marketing issues such as market/product segmentation and development, tradeshows and advertising, profitability analysis, and management of a network of agents.

1997 to sept 2000 : VP Finance and Administration HANSA AUTO Oy, Helsinki Finland (T/O 100M€ /300 people) , a subsidiary of RENAULT Trucks and PARTEK OY consisting of a network of 17 branches + 1 subsidiary in Tallinn ESTONIA . Responsabilities : capital and trade-finance , management control, statutory accounts, and personnel admin. Permanent Secretary of the Board of Directors and local representative of the French shareholder (50%). Team managed 15 people.

Jan 1991- jan 1997 : Various position in Sales at RENAULT Trucks (Paris), including project manager Finland (08/1996-01/97) - Export manager subsaharan Africa (09/92-07-96 / team of 5) with numerous missions throughout Africa (Dealer-Importer network management) – Salesman Truck rental (01/91-08/92).

Jul 1989- jan 1991 : Project financing and administration at Groupement Foncier Français : Real Estate Development -Paris, (up to 100M€ development projects).
