Pierre Demesmaeker, CEO of Climbing bvba is a seasoned entrepreneur with an international track record of over 20 years in ICT and program/project management related activities. His experience was mainly acquired when working for or with Fortune 500 companies.
In 2005, he brought together a small team of experienced international business development executives, specialised in IT, which is still Climbing's main focus.
In 2006, in partnership with fellow Belgian entrepreneur Hans Rasschaert, living in China and married with a local, he thorougly evaluated business oppertunites related to sourcing from China.
In 2007, this is finally getting officialized, which resulted in a first major contract with Italian group Morellato (www.morellato.com), who selected Raspie Co.ltd. as their sourcing partner for one of their new products.
All these activities are currently run under the Climbing umbrella, our future approach and direction is currently under evaluation.
