With two high school diplomas, one in science (French "C" series), one in literature and philosophy (French "A1" series), I was not too sure which direction to take.

Went for Law, but medias and communication distracted me from law studies along the way.

Before I got my master degree in Global Communication (as opposed to any specialization in internet for instance), I was already programming websites for a known internet agency in Paris.

I kept trying to stay away from the hipe of internet by becoming then a "PR consultant" for a PR firm (agence Beau Fixe) where I immediately got the IT accounts... mostly internet start-up companies. I chose that agency primarily for having the opportunity to work in crisis communication, which happened.

Although that PR work was really interesting and very far from the clichés attached to public relations, I had that urge for taking a leap that would impact my whole life. Something that leads you to redefine everything you think you know.

That's when I accepted that offer for working in China.

I joined an... internet startup in Shenzhen, integrated to a medium-sized watch manufacturer with clients in Europe and USA.

I worked for a couple of years, the time to get to speak decent Chinese and to get involved into many aspects of producing and selling unique custom watches for the US market with www.ewatchfactory.com.

It was then time to take some time for myself, and after a bit of freelancing (and a lot more involvement with www.shenzhenparty.com as a party organizer) I went for a very challenging position among many others... young father and founder of my own company.

After a couple of years with www.carbonpix.com, my picture studio, one of my main local clients gave me the opportunity to face new challenges while securing our relationship further...
I'm adding now a whole part of experience in developing products (mostly computer bags for a trendy brand specialized in protecting the Apple laptops) in Chinese factories.

That's where I am now, and I am enjoying it.
