Planned the organization and the development of the production, to match the annual production growth of 30%. Managing a team composed by 10 managers, 30 permanent workers, and seasonal workers.

Studied the maturity of grape for forecasting dates of harvests to optimize wine quality, in Sonoma and Central Valleys of California. Trial conception, sampling, microvinifications, sensory analyses on grapes as well as wines, evaluation of maturity effect on the yield, study of variability between vineyards through analyses of color/phenols/aromas, interpretation of analytical results such as mass-spectroscopy and HPLC, statistical analyses and correlation of components between wines and grapes
