SIMULIA Applications are built upon strong, robust and scalable foundations so as to support the versatile aspects of the unified FEA applications. The most challenging part of my job is to categorize and balance both the CAD and CAE infrastructure mechanisms (multiple representation management, representation interchangeability, hierarchical assembly relationships, mechanisms, FEA idealizations, abstractions, etc.) to make simulation a genuine and integrated part of design processes.
SIMULIA applications are designed to be used at any stages during design processes, from conceptual design, thru preliminary design all the way thru correlation/validation aspects.
Moreover, interactive aspects are of extreme importance to leverage the SIMULIA extendable and scalable infrastructure.
