Because mastering change in any organization requires experience and skills, after facing in my professional life two mergers and the creation of an affiliate, I wanted to learn more about the required skills to lead the change. That is why I’ve joined the MBA Leading change at IAE Aix en Provence (www.mba-aix.com). Formerly an experienced investor in asset management, I am now interrested in developing a career in management and leading change. I have skills in strategic corporate development. A high degree of practise in investment and financial accounting.
