My first job. I began as an intern and then I was employed as a programmer in a small team where we developed an EDA software application which was one of the leading solutions of that time. Rapidly, the team has grown and I have lead the development of one of the applications of the package. After 5 years, I took the responsibility to oversee future technical directions for the software. In particular, we decided to port the software (which was running on VAX/VMS and several Unices) to the PC platform under OS/2 and I have lead that effort. | |
