Macif /Arpege is the most recent company/project I was hired for (2006 & 2007). I handle training sessions in order to prepare the company's personel to a new culture based on annual progress.

I managed customer relationship with an annual revenue based objective, which I overachieved 6 times out of 7.

1989-1994 : SI Consultant

I managed SI based transformation projects for IBM customers. These 6 to 24 month missions, included

- SI project management
- managing 5 to 12 people project teams
- planning and implementing change
- dealing with team and end-user resistance to change
