Philippe HERMANT

Since eight years, I'm working in the field of content management. I'm looking for innovations in term of databases, vertical solutions integration, information publication on internal or public media. I'm fundamentally interested in evolutions of companies around its tools, economic survey themes, processes and collaborative management, with the respect of an adequation between economic efficiency and human potential.

More precisely:
- I went to Japan in Yokohama (1997, neural networks credit learning)
- did my military service in National Marines (intranet applications also)
- was consultant for 2 years in bank domain with a good overview on production constraints
- in AFNOR to improve production of references of French standards
- in Rhodia since 2001, where I'm piloting two teams (Filenet and Documentum) that supply services for corporate and worldwide group content management, with actually interesting requests in R&D and industrial business for chemistry.

I'm working with "Jeune Chambre Economique" association (local version of Junior Chamber International, young entrepreneurs working as responsible citizens).
