Philippe Gautier

I am currently acting as CFO of a € 400 m brand whithin the Redcats group(€ 4 bn in Europe and the US, the home shopping division of the PPR group, with the La Redoute, Cyrillus and Sportman's Guide brands). I am also responsible of the financial shared services for 3 other specialized brands for a total scope of € 800 m and a management over 60 people.

I was previously group VP, corporate finance for Redcats group, in charge of mergers & acquisitions as well as financing, treasury and the consumer credit business.

My profile acquired in leading industrial and commercial groups such as Schneider Electric, PSA Peugeot Citroen and Exxon Mobil,
combines:
- operational financial positions where I acted as business partner to the company's CEO,
- a know-how in complex financial operations such as structure finance, tax planning operation, real estate, M&A.

I have a strong international experience with 3 positions abroad in Germany, Brazil and Japan and developped language skills.
