Fine Grain is the first big investment of the Nautilus Holdings, based in Hong-Kong. We are a fish farming, on an industrial scale. The specie currently farmed is the turbot (Psetta maxima).

I have been hired to follow up on the hatchery construction and technology transfer. Our production is planned to start early 2008.

SBF is an australian-own company, distributing fish feed to the fish farmers in the Shandong province (leader in this area). In order to expand the business, I have been employed to be in charge of the commercial development. During this mission, I have deeply studied the turbot industry in Shandong and made a presentation on the whole Chinese aquaculture industry.

EasyFish, spanish company, is sourcing the seafood products for his customers in Spain and in Europe. The products could be monkfish tails, PUD, fillets, crabs, squids products. During several months, I was in charge of the quality control of the products destined to our customers. I controlled the products during the process and before shipping. I worked in many factories and fishing port from the north coasts in Shandong to south Zhejiang. Autonomous, serious and rigourous, I dealt with many problems and helped the factories to chosse the raw material and to improve the process in order to reach the customer's requirement.
