- Participation à la conception des méthodologies du cabinet.
- Prospection commerciale et apport de missions.
- Création et développement du bureau de Lyon.
- Réalisation de 60% des missions effectuées par le bureau de Lyon, dont l'essentiel au niveau national.

2) Chez les clients :
Dans le cadre d'accompagnement du changement dans l'entreprise : transmission, fusions, acquisitions, retournement.
Pour le compte de Fonds d'Investissement, et de Groupes : 3I, Astorg, UBS Capital, ...)

- Diagnostic (audit)de PME basée sur la méthodes des interviews et recoupement sur documents(Due Diligence, stratégies, organisation, étude de la formation du résultat, hommes clés, analyse des flux de trésorerie), recommandations, plans d'actions.
- Mise en place des organisations
- Stop cash burning. Maîtrise des flux de trésorerie par la méthode Trésorerie nette/brute. Optimisation du BFR. Actions de recouvrement. Mise en place des financements.
- Retournement : prise de contrôle de PME industrielle (150 p) en tant que DGA Finances. Stop cash burning, et sauvetage de la trésorerie. Arrêt d'activités non rentables, et focus sur le core business. Retour à l'équilibre en 10 mois.
- Participation à des opérations de montage LBO comme DGA Finances.
