FEDERAL-MOGUL is a worldwide automotive supplier and autoparts distribution with about 40,000 employees all over the world.

I am currently counterpart of a SAP Global deployment team as Integration Manager and Project Manager. Our target is to complete a full SAP model roll-out in the current 140 Distribution Centers and Manufacturing Plants of the company.

As global team main achievement, currently the European Distribution division have been completed. The Asian PAC is progressing well. The North America Distribution is on-going with the Manufacturing division.

As more personnal achievement, I lead the French Distribution Center roll-out.

I achieved during this period the deployment of an SAP Piston Product Manufacturing division model covering a full Finance, Controlling, Purchasing, Production and Sales scope. The main European plants in Germany and Poland we succefully rolled-out.

During the same time, I lead also succesfully a BI Project supporting Piston Manufacturing for a French plant.

I lead sucessfully during this period a Shop Floor Data Collection system which have been the basis brick of a subsequent Manufacturing BI project.
