ANSYS designs, develops, markets and globally supports engineering simulation solutions used to predict how product designs will behave in manufacturing and real-world environments.
ANSYS is an american corporation, with a large activity throughout the world.
As member of the Corporate Legal Department (8 pers.), being Legal Counsel for Europe is a real challenge as the legal culture is somewhat different from one country to the other.
Seeking the legal risks and improving the internal processes require a large sense of pedagogy, strong communication skills and flexibility.
There may be no real need to remind what an international activity involves. So, to work in such context, speaking some european languages and knowing their corresponding legal culture makes it more comfortable.
From english to french, through spanish and italian, I use my skills to reach this objective: to understand each specific need and to give the most appropriate response.
