- negotiating, drafting and reviewing agreements concerning trademarks/designs, such as assignment, license, prior rights agreement, letter of undertaking or of consent …and involving trademarks/designs in case of marketing and distribution agreements
- handle conflicts worldwide, such as objections, coexistence agreements, oppositions…
- domain name search, clearance and enforcement
- team manager of two assistants dealing with the administrative work
