I worked for 1 year with Johnson & Johnson on the Sarbanes-Oxley project. I was a SOX project manager with Orange during one year.
I was in charge of project management and the whole operation was carried out in English.
I documented control management with the establishment of new procedures, validated key controls, set up and supervised several assessment campaigns, carried out multiple tests before the in-house audit and established recommendations.
I worked on a new SOX project with Hasbro in London as Compliance Officer.
I am now Compliance Manager at Grey EMEA and I coordinate the SOX remediations and the group internal audits.
