Managed a small product development team, 17 people strong for a key account in mobile telecom in Germany, to reach the objective of delivering display modules to the customer. Main technical contact for the customer. Responsible to ensure the products are designed and manufactured against the customer specification. Resource management of the development team. Delivered two displays products to the customer.

Managed customer projects to completion following the product creation procedures and deliver against the agreed milestones and specification. Initiate, build and maintain a relationship with the strategic customer on both technical and procedural levels in order to support co-design. Escalate issues that have major commercial or technical impact. Maintain technical product documentation. Present a credible and acceptable interface to all relevant parts of the customer organisation.

Responsible for the design, design-in, marketing and application of passive electronic components (resistors, capacitors and inductors). Design, design-in and application of integrated modules, e.g. bluetooth radio. Sales support. Frequently visited major customers in mobile telecommunications in Europe for road mapping and sales purposes.
