Aspect delivers Business Management courses on behalf of the Chartered Management Institute and the University of Wales to pre-Masters and pre-University students respectively. During my time there I was employed to deliver a series of CMI Business Management, Human Resource Management and Finance classes. I also taught Business Management and Marketing on behalf of the University of Wales. The pass rate increased significantly and as a consequence matriculation levels also increased. | |
