Paul has helped media companies globally on transactions with a total value of over $1 billion. Paul has worked on a variety of transactions including cross-border M&A, IPO’s, convertible bonds, private placements and strategic advisory with many media companies including: Infogrames, Ubisoft, Canon Europe, Criterion Software, Endemol, Teliasonera International Carrier, and Lionhead. Mr. Heydon earned both a MBA and a HBA from the Ivey School of Business at the University of Western Ontario in Canada.
