Paul Allard – President & CEO
Age 42 - Entrepreneur, 17 years business experience in start-up and growth environment in the technology and media industry. In 1997 he is founder of ZAQ Inc. active in the interactive TV industry, as CEO, he brings the company public in 2001 on the TSX Venture concurrently raising 16,5M$. ZAQ (now ISF.V) is sold in March 2003. In 2004, Mr. Allard is founder and CEO of Triangle Growth Capital 1, a Capital Pool Company that he lists on the TSX Venture (TRL.P) in March 2005 raising 1,5M$ and proceeding with a RTO transaction in December 2007. In 2005, as main promoter and CEO, Mr. Allard designed the going public transaction of Image In Media Inc. on the TSX Venture through a transaction with Section Rouge Media (SRO.V) involving a 2,5 M$ placement.
Mr. Allard also founded and was Chairman of APMQ in 1998 and IMPAC in 2001 – Canadian new media associations; and is a television and film producer on a ad hoc base. Paul holds a Bachelor in Arts and a MBA in finance from HEC.
He co-founded in 2006 Alternative Media Initiative Inc. the operator of IPEX TV, the multiplatform video e-marketplace.
