- Logistic Manager : to manage 18 people, to schedule and plan factories, to manage stock : 14 million euros , to set up CAM : 20 users, to supervise imports/exports .

Achievements :
- Increased by 25 % cutting capacities in 2000 ( structure workshop : 40 people in 1999 to 70
people into 2001).
- Decreased by 50% the surplus RM stock in 2000 and 60 % in 2001, which represented 259
Keuros on the raw material budget in 2000 and 153 Keuros in 2001.

- Reduction in 1997 of suppliers prices by 7%.
- 13 audits carried out in 1998, 100 % of subcontracting cycles park. In 2 years, passage on the higher level of quotation for each subcontractor.
