Work in Brunei Darusalam within Brunei Shell Petroleum Company. Royalties Metering Uncertainty Study: Studied all metered produced hydrocarbon fluid flows and hydrocarbon accounting methods throughout the whole of Brunei Shell Organisation with the objective of establishing the present level of uncertainty on royalty payments to Brunei government. Identified and prioritised potential improvements through a sensitivity analysis. Considered assets life cycle economics to obtain improvements budget levels. Selected technical improvements allowed by budget envelope and identified potential returns through the value of risk reduction. Tasks: Audits, oil and gas uncertainty models built on MathCAD, technology selection, financial risks / returns analysis, presentations.

1) Nam Con Son Project: Dinh Co Gas Terminal & Lan Tay Offshore Platform Gas and Condensate Metering Systems. Presentations and Measurement Workshop to third parties. Wrote the Measurement Manuals including Accuracy Verification Tests spreadsheets system. Wrote Test Equipment Specifications. Seconded to the Project Management Team: Wrote Site Acceptance Tests Manuals, Managed SATs, Specified remedies & modifications, commissioning, punch lists, pipeline commissioning operation, start-up, etc… Managed metering systems commissioning, start-up operations.

2) Thi Vai NCS Condensate Receiving, Storage & Offloading Facilities: Seconded to PV Gas. Co-authored the Nam Con Son Condensate Storage Inlet and Sales Measurement Manual. System design review.

3) Phu My 3 Power Station: Reviewed Measurement Manual.
