Pascal GUILLORY

I studied hotel management at Bourges Hotel School and obtained various professional diplomas. Following a training period, I had the opportunity to join the Human Resources department of the Hotel InterContinental in Paris where I was in charge of internal communication and the editor of the monthly staff newspaper. After a short stint at the Training Department of the Grand InterContinental Hotel, I joined Profile in April 1997.

For the first two years, I specialised in the Food and Beverage division to handle the recruitment of Chefs and Food & Beverage Managers for French speaking countries and developed a strong relationship with a great number of candidates. In my current position as Senior Consultant, I assist Michèle Alguacil in senior assignments and, in addition, covers all appointments in Finance, Human Resources and Rooms.

With remarkable human relation and communication skills, I love to discover and meet people from different cultures and backgrounds. As an amateur actor, I am an active member of a theatre company with regular performances on stage.
