A wide experience acquired over twenty years with national and international companies (hi-tech, manufacturers) has allowed me to improve my technical and interpersonal skills. As Chief Information Officer and as member of the head office staff in the European Salt group SALINS, I developped a good working knowledge of interpersonal skills and teamwork as well as learning in the field and finding creative solutions to problems. My particular strengths : the confidence and the capacity to set objectives and to work to reach them, the will to progress and to act as a catalyst to obtain the best for the group.
Future aims include taking responsabilities in the top management of a company or in a subsidiary as senior executive or joint-venture manager , initiator and leader of core management initiatives contributing to direct bottom line results, manager of national and international projects requiring leadership, vision and people management in a multicultural environment.
