Ozgur ASIK

Ozgur ASIK is attorney at law to the Istanbul Bar and Paris Bar (as Avocat à la Cour). He is half French and half Turkish and practices law in both countries. he is also a Trademark Attorney qualified within the Turkish Patent Institute and a translator under oath to French and Turkish courts. Özgür ASIK is member of the prestigious Turkish Penal Law Association.

Ozgur ASIK achieved the main part of its studies in France. He has a Masters degree in law from the Robert Schuman University of Strasbourg in France and Istanbul University in Turkey. He also obtained a B.A. in Law from the Istanbul University and an LLM degree in Judicial Law from the Faculty of Law in Strasbourg.

Ozgur ASIK began his professional career in France before joining the law firm Gide Loyrette Nouel in 1997 and the law firm Inlawco in 2005 as Managing Partner.

His experise focuses on the main areas of business law including mergers and acquisitions, cross border finance projects. Ozgur ASIK also assists international banks, has a practice of negotiations and transactions on commercial deals. He recently handled international mergers between leading French energy companies in Turkey.

Ozgur ASIK is bilingual in French, Turkish and speaks English fluently.
