I am a French Business School Graduate with 5 years of experience in the Financial Markets. First in France in FX and Interest Rate Derivatives sales and since relocating to London in 2005 in Structured Finance Treasury.
From the beginning of my career, I have developed outstanding experience in Treasury, initially by selling FX and Interest Rate derivatives to French Corporates, which gave me a sound understanding of Corporate Treasury issues in terms of risk management.
Since relocating to London in 2005, I furthered my Treasury experience when I took charge of the Liability management side of Structured Investment Vehicles, issuing short and medium term debt on behalf of my clients, managing multiple currency accounts and hedging FX and Interest Rate positions. Whilst at the Bank of New York and Deutsche Bank, I developed excellent relationships with clients, co-team workers and market participants.

Conduit Treasury Management: jointly responsible for refinancing Deutsche Bank’s European Commercial Paper Conduits, with EUR 10bn outstanding.
• ECP origination to provide refinancing for Asset Warehousing, Consumer Loans and Asset Backed Securities.
• Management of a 30-client portfolio totalling EUR 4bn (Client relationship, cash management, ad hoc queries).
• On balance sheet funding, repo and other alternative financing solutions.
• Adequate Hedging Strategies trading (FX, Interest Rates Swaps and FRAs)
• Development and reengineering of the funding platform to improve the day-to-day business and reposition it in the wake of the Credit Crunch.

Key Achievements: contributed to keeping the conduits Outstandings high (above EUR 10bn) in extremely difficult market conditions while maintaining very aggressive cost of funds in a troubled market when most of our competitors were winding down. Took over a third of the client base in 4 weeks.

• Adequate Hedging Strategies trading (FX, Interest Rates Swaps and FRAs)
• Project management: new fund set up, trading system migration.
• Reporting and test running for the rating agencies.

Key Achievements: Constant below Libor issuances for mature A1+/P1 programmes. Liability manager for a USD 10bn fund with 75% Outstandings in MTNs. Successful launch of a USD 2.5bn SIV with funding levels below Libor +5bp.
