• Identified and assessed new opportunities by benchmarking with other international mobile telecommunications operators and attending various solutions providers and platform vendors’ road shows.
• Managed projects include defining Marketing Department’s requirements during the CRM implementation, assessment of Churn Prediction solution, design and rollout of Collect Call, Call Screening, Home Zone, My Groups, Local Roaming Number, Multiple Lines SIM card, Multiple SIM cards’ unique line plus various specific intervention on other value added services.

• Managed products and services team, who was responsible for the entire life cycle of VAS, from opportunity identification to service roll out.
• Developed various projects and supervised other department’s contributions such as market studies, technical innovation, design supervision and marketing mix.
• Achieved the successful roll out of Mobile Banking (complex project involving a top bank and a major SIM cards solution provider), Unified Messaging and the growth of SMS business by 30% by effectively managing content providers’ contracts.

 FTML-Cellis was one of two GSM operators in Lebanon, with a subscribers’ base exceeding 380,000 and more than 400 employees. FTML was 67% owned by France Telecom – Orange Group.  Within the Marketing department (30 people), was responsible of the Products and Services Division (3 executives), handling all Value Added Services business including market studies, technical innovation, design supervision and marketing mix of VAS.  Skills include project management and supervising, budgeting salaries, bonuses and annual raises, supervising the team’s work, reporting to the Marketing Director, presenting the Division’s projects to the Board of Directors.  Projects included Mobile Banking, Unified Messaging, location based services, in addition to developing SMS usage.
