I am currently working as an NSS alcatel switching operational expert and particularly in charge of leading new projects which would impact the Alcatel Core Network of Orange France.
I'm also managing technical relationships with all Orange/FT affiliates, for any operational issues.

I was in charge of managing and studying the new NSS features which would have been interesting in terms of new service implementation for Orange France's network.
This position implies a technical good knowdledge of NSS and service architecture, as well as managing people in transversal projects.

I was in charge of managing NSS projects for Orange Reunion as a project leader, dealing with technical management, global NSS technical support for all other departments of the company (customer care,VAS,IT,O&M teams..)

I was telecom designer on :
- Nortel MMCS switch (based on Meridian 1 Nortel PBX), dealing with implementation of SS7 ISUP national variants, including lab testing and technical support for level 1 and 2 Nortel group support (software development in C language)
-Nortel UMTS OMC-R, dealing with the design of Performance Management (software development in Corba/C++ environment)
