I began my career in 1992 as Consultant in Business Industrial Restructuring and Change Management.

I spent 4 years exclusively working for large organizations, leaders on their market, and for several industrial subsidiaries abroad.

In 1996, I joined the market leader in technological innovation where I was in charge of the South West France unit (180 people), dedicated to Aeronautics, Space and Automobile.

I left for Italy from 2002 to 2004 where I restructured two recently acquired companies for the group.

Early 2004, I joined Hilson Moran in London to manage its diversification on the international market (France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands and UAE).

Hilson Moran is a Fluid and Electricity Systems Engineering agency specialised in the performance of built environments.

Thanks to its innovative approach based on modelling strategies founded on appraisal tools from the realm of physics, Hilson Moran offers alternative solutions to enhance the economic performance of built environments, all the while anticipating ecological requirements.

This know-how was demonstrated with the creation of the well-known London Gherkin designed by Norman Foster (power consumption reduced by half thanks to new lighting, ventilation and thermal convection technologies).
