Graduated from ESC Grenoble, I started my career at Canon Europe in the Netherlands as a Market researcher. After 3 months I took over the position of European Product sales coordinator Video which has teached me a lot about the sales management in Europe on the electronics market. Beside my personnality I learned from the japanees management exellence and high demanding work. Since March 2007 I joined TomTom International as a Brand manager for the Integrated devices. I have been attracted by the challenge offered by this fast growing up market. |

- Lead of core team for New Product introduction: coordination of Web, trade marketing, PR& Events, Packaging, Media to produce all materials related to new product. Point of contact for product management. - Implementation of viral campaign: with CNET direct, production of a movie and seeding through CNET database, analysis of results (opening rate, click through rate, reactivity rate). The movies was spread as well on key techs forums - Sales kit : to support sales team, package including all relevant info about new product: price, specifications, pictures, movies - Production of movies. Concept proposal, brief redaction and script redaction for 7 features movies for Web Implementation of life style communication materials, 1 launch movie for new product launch event (delivered in 4 weeks) and a shop floor movie - Trade marketing: 4 step approach movie for Shop in shop, briefing for wobblers, shelves card content to copywriter - USP: brief to copywriter for USP redaction for all materials: features, message, reason to believe, tone of voice - Marketing kit: CD Rom including: product specification, images, brand guidelines, short/mid and long copy for trade materials creation, movies, sales sheet - Photo shoot for new product introduction: life style, according to all intern requirements: PR, Trade Marketing, Web…Redaction of the brief and concept proposal. - Creation of the TomTom safety leaflet: in box materials to present the reason why driving with a PND is safer and how to safely use a TomTom - Consumer insight and concept creation: based on internal segmentation, formulation of consumer insight in order to find new communication opportunities to reach different target groups. Creation of campaign concept based on insight and related to every channel (web, shop floor, ATL/BTL, packaging, PR and events) - Marketing benchmark at International fair to analysis competitor's marketing strategy: positioning, style of materials (Box, brochure, wobblers, stand, movies, product features and design) and presentation to all departments | |

- Product Management: weekly sales situation analysis by country (sell-in) and by retailer (sell-out), investigation of new deal opportunities to maximize volume and turn over - Channel management: Point of contact for European key account manager to analysis new deal opportunities, channel situation, understanding of market situation and reporting to Top Management - Pricing: Analysis of Price changing request, impact on margin and on Market (other retailers& countries) - Demand Planning: Based on countries forecast, optimisation of stock rotation, stock transfer - Pan-European strategy: daily contact with countries, constant concern to maximize sales, achieve target and find new deal opportunities.
