FT IMS Program manager :
Heading of the NSN IMS solution delivery for the countries where NSN has been selected by FT as IMS supplier, I am playing the role of single point of contact on those aspects for FT.
This mean : insuring the project delivery success, IOTs, Training, communication, motivation of teams, and Software Delivery strategy, Software Upgrade Strategy.
My main duty consist to secure the success story concerning Go live of the IMS live network, and next to that to set-up the relevant network support organisation for IMS live networks all over europ.

Heading the Maintenance Operation, within international context. This position is a direct customer interface position inside the Nokia Siemens Network.
My previous role is the management of Network Operation/Manage Services projects (25 peoples including Nokia headcount and consultants), as well as long term care/maintenance contract.
Working in a very competitive environment, this role starts from pre-sales, to service delivery, including sales administration process.
A direct reporting to the account director whom is heading a team of 10 peoples.
My position have a strong link with the overall NSN back-office organisation. From the respect of service level agreement to P&L follow up, a strong relationship has been create between all parties.
In order to match the customer contractual commitments as well as establishment of high customer satisfaction and long term relationship, the internal processes are set up and adapted to customer contract, the communication plan adjusted, the matrix of power draw, and a clear share of responsibility within the team is shared.
The Technical areas are Care/Maintenance Operations for Service Platform, Packet Core Network and Radio access Network, including Trial, experimental area, and specific IOT testing.
