Growing from assisting my Department Head for a couple of major undertakings, I am now in charge of projects under the umbrella of the Territory Management of my company.

The last major initiative I delivered was a relocation of 30% of our workforce in the New York Metropolitan area to New Jersey (almost 700 positions, 3 floors, $30M, up to 100 people working together to make it happen over a 1 year period). These very transversal projects are truly motivating by the diversity of the issues that have to be tackled.
