Object: Selling of industrial wood waste boilers in Central and Occidental Europe, Baltic’s countries, Scandinavia, UK, South America and to Russian Federation through our subsidiary company in Gomel (Belarus) and new manufacturing unit(s) in Poland for PECO and Baltic’s.
After 3 years the turnover increased 250% with new representations abroad (Poland, Baltic’s, UK …)
Responsibilities: Commercial daily (setting up and management of sales area and partners, export areas selling prices, sales support, sales target …), Marketing, Merchandising (Promotion, event and exhibition organisation and animation …), Logistics (identification, negotiations and follow up…), Financial (customer identification, payments securities, insurance, invoicing, subventions….), Suppliers (identification of sub suppliers, negotiations, contracts …)
